Our Proposals
Our proposed development will deliver a wide range of much needed high-quality housing with high quality landscaping. The proposals for land off Shireoaks Common would deliver:
33 much needed new homes to the Bassetlaw district.
Bassetlaw, like the rest of the UK, has an increasingly ageing population. 36% of these new homes will be bungalows, specifically targeted at providing accommodation suitable for the elderly.
15% of affordable homes tailored to help identified groups of people get access to housing.
Improved landscaping design by both the retention of a number of existing hedgerows, and extensive new tree and hedgerow planting to supplement the existing landscaping.
