Our Proposals

Our proposed development will deliver much needed high-quality housing, with significant areas of open space and high quality landscaping. The proposals for land off Calow Lane would deliver:

• A mix of up to 120 much needed new homes. It is expected the site could offer a mix of housing types and sizes.

• A percentage of affordable homes specifically tailored to help identified groups of people get access to housing.

• A new equipped play area and large amount of open space for recreation for both new and existing residents to use.

• A designated ‘biodiversity’ enhancement area to ensure the site achieves a net gain for biodiversity and wildlife.

• Improved landscaping design by both the retention of a number of existing hedgerows, and extensive new tree and hedgerow planting to supplement the existing landscaping.
